MANUFACTURING DEFECTS WARRANTY

Product is warranted to be free of manufacturing defects in material or workmanship for a period of 90 days. During the warranty period we will provide replacement parts at no charge. Repair work will be charged at company’s service rates. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, or damage caused by accident, or misuse of the product.

EXTENDED WARRANTY 1 YEAR

You can purchase 1 Year extended warranty for Lithium-Ion Battery and Electric Motor. During the warranty period we will provide replacement parts at no charge. Motor replacement work will be charged at company’s service rates. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, or damage caused by accident, or misuse of the product. Extended warranty price: $295.00

Due to the nature of the product, we do not provide return and refund policy.

DELIVERY WITHIN 24H

We ensure that stock is available in our Calgary (Alberta) warehouse. We will deliver your bike within 24 hours (within city limits), fully assembled and checked for any visible or technical defects.

REPAIR SERVICE

We provide timely and professional repair and maintenance service for your bike at a reasonable cost. Some spare parts we have in stock and you will not be required to pay international shipping cost, however some parts will be required payment for shipping.
